Piotr Stachera is the co-founder, CEO and lead audio producer at Ivory Tower Soundworks – a studio focused on delivering bold, narrative-driven sound and music for games. Over the past several years, he has led creative audio teams, designed immersive soundscapes, composed adaptive music, and built scalable workflows for game audio production. His credits include titles such as Deadlink, Postal: Brain-Damaged, Blood West, and Elderborn. Piotr is passionate about transforming complex production challenges into efficient, data-informed systems – especially in projects where creative impact and production reliability must go hand in hand.
