I’ve been working with sound and image for over twenty-five years, exploring everything from tube microphones to 360° video and immersive audio technology. I’m passionate about classical music and have recorded and mixed a wide range of productions in that field. I’ve also directed television programs and created music videos and documentaries.
My work has received multiple Editor’s Choices in Gramophone, a 2024 “Best Classical Recording” distinction in The Times, several Diapason d’Or awards, and multiple Echo Klassik and Preis der Deutschen Schallplattenkritik prizes. Classica selected my recording of Debussy’s La Mer with the Brussels Philharmonic as the best classical reference of all time.
In addition to my work at Motormusic Studios and Evil Penguin, I coordinate immersive music research and teach studio production at PXL Music in Hasselt, Belgium.
